[11:11]<+Craig> :)
[11:12]<@BC_Programming> I like the balloon one
[11:44]<@BC_Programming> hmm Now my plugin really makes the game hard
[11:44]<@BC_Programming> before I could just hide in a house from the monsters
[11:44]<@BC_Programming> but now every enderman that spawns is instally aggro against the nearest player
[11:44]<@BC_Programming> scary but hilarious

[11:59]<+Craig> Hey BC, my bubbles screen saver
[11:59]<+Craig> http://www.brokedcomputer.com/bubblesscr.jpg
[12:01]<@BC_Programming> neat
[12:01]<@BC_Programming> is that rainmeter on the right side?
[12:01]<+Craig> Uhhh the grey one?
[12:01]<@BC_Programming> the widgets
[12:01]<+Craig> Its the gadgets weather tool
[12:02]<@BC_Programming> how did you prevent WU from disabling gadgets
[12:03]<+Craig> I didn't
[12:03]<+Craig> WU? <- what is that abbreviated for?
[12:03]<@BC_Programming> Windows Update
[12:04]<+Craig> Why would it have disabled gadgets?
[12:04]<@BC_Programming> Major security vulnerability
[12:04]<+Craig> Oh heh
[12:05]<+Craig> Well they have to get into my network first... :P
[12:05]<@BC_Programming> dunno, just know Windows Update pushed out and forcefully disabled them at some point, though could be wrong since I disabled it myself before that
[12:05]<+Craig> :P
[12:05]<@BC_Programming> personally I thought the noise was much ado about nothing
[12:06]<@BC_Programming> (regarding the "vulnerability")
[12:06]<+Craig> What did it open up?
[12:06]<@BC_Programming> it didn't open anything
[12:06]<@BC_Programming> it basically means any website can take full control of your computer
[12:06]<+Craig> Ahhh
[12:07]<+Craig> Well, I am sure there are hundreds of ways to do that on my computer... :P
[12:07]<@BC_Programming> through any browser, if I recall.. but you have to have a rather specific setup that isn't even default
[12:09]<+Craig> :P
[12:09]<+Craig> Wonder who would have this setup :P
[12:10]<@BC_Programming> I don't remember the specifics anymore, just saw the demonstration from a defcon video
[12:10]<+Craig> Cool,
[12:10]<+Craig> anyway I gotta get going, talk to you laters.

[12:28]<searay330> BC_Programming, whats up
[12:30]<@BC_Programming> hello
[12:33]<@BC_Programming> restarting my Mod, going to try doing it properly with the funky Forge API for GUIs
[12:41]<searay330> Forge gui api is pretty diffcult to use
[12:42]<@BC_Programming> well that's why I wasn't using it at all
[12:42]<@BC_Programming> I figured I'd just use GuiRepair, just like the normal Anvil for my mod (which adds a diamond anvil)
[12:43]<@BC_Programming> but unfortunately the GuiRepair thing is coupled with the normal Anvil so it just closes instantly because it wasn't opened with a normal anvil
[12:43]<@BC_Programming> so then I changed GuiRepair to recognize both, but it still closes because after it's open it apparently loses all it's state and is no longer able to see what the block is
[12:43]<@BC_Programming> because getBlockID() returns 0 on world for no reason
[12:45]<@BC_Programming> at least I was able to add the block, I'll probably just copy the tutorial container and then change it from there
[12:45]<@BC_Programming> even though the tutorial is for something that saves contents...

[15:29]<searay330> BC_Programming, i have a delma
[15:29]<searay330> i um made a force feild i cant get back into
[15:29]<searay330> any ideas how to get in
[15:29]<@BC_Programming> no
[15:30]<searay330> any admin commands that can get in
[15:30]<@BC_Programming> creative mode?
[15:30]<searay330> i googled with liitle results
[15:30]<searay330> no you cant break the feild in creative\
[15:32]<@BC_Programming> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODK1WUYmYko
[15:42]<searay330> checking it out
[15:43]<searay330> yeah that only works if its on the ground
[15:44]<@BC_Programming> I must have missed where you said it was floating in the air
[15:44]<@BC_Programming> you could use /tp and teleport yourself inside it
[15:47]<searay330> i didnt say that it was biut that command on tuxs server is botched
[15:47]<searay330> cause of ctp
[15:48]<@BC_Programming> you never said this was on tux's server either
[15:48]<@BC_Programming> how else would you be using admin commands?
[15:48]<@Mulreay> Have to agree with BC_Programming here]
[15:49]<searay330> i have dragonova doing the commands
[15:49]<@BC_Programming> if nothing else at least it's safe inside
[15:49]<searay330> but i need to get inside of it
[15:49]<searay330> and you know
[15:49]<searay330> isnt there a command that lets you noclip
[15:50]<@BC_Programming> no
[15:50]<@Mulreay> not on a server no
[15:50]<searay330> gah wheres tux when you need a console command
[15:50]<@Mulreay> I doubt he could either
[15:51]<@BC_Programming> don't force-fields take power or something?
[15:51]<searay330> didnt there used to be a way to redpower frame thru
[15:51]<@BC_Programming> Why the heck are you asking me?
[15:51]<searay330> idk maybe you knew was a long shot
[15:51]<@Mulreay> It would require a 'worldedit' one would think to remove the forcefield
[15:52]<@BC_Programming> I can barely stand tekkit... I wouldn't know these idiosynchrasies
[15:52]<searay330> i cant even spell that word
[15:52]<@BC_Programming> I'm sure there is a way in given the number of mods and the fact they aren't always completely compatible
[15:52]<searay330> and they do require power but the power source is contaned in the forcefeild
[15:53]<@Mulreay> You can now if you copy and paste
[15:53]<@Mulreay> Anyway hey BC_Programming
[15:54]<sonicrules1234> searay330: Build an island above the solar panels
[15:54]<searay330> wow thats a good idea i didnt think of that
[15:56]<sonicrules1234> :p
[15:57]<searay330> now we just wait 11 and half days and it wil lgo down
[15:57]<searay330> oh sorry of the chunk being loaded that is
[15:58]<@BC_Programming> solar panels are rather OP
[15:58]<searay330> hv ones are
[15:58]<@BC_Programming> then again "OP" is sort of the bog standard when it comes to mods like IC
[15:58]<searay330> and at the 600 eu per 10 seconds to drain a mfsu of 10,000,000
[15:59]<searay330> breaks down to 11.5 days of the chunk being loaded for it to go down
[15:59]<@BC_Programming> doesn't it use like 600EU per tick
[16:01]<searay330> no
[16:01]<searay330> it uses like 6 a tick
[16:02]<@BC_Programming> all I know is if somebody finds my base on the server, they are going to have a lot of fun
[16:03]<searay330> ohh ill have fun
[16:03]<searay330> i like fun
[16:03]<@BC_Programming> it will be fun because the entire thing is unclaimed except for two chunks
[16:03]<sonicrules1234> searay330: Next time, hook up a wireless remote first
[16:04]<searay330> i knoew
[16:04]<searay330> oh and sonic get on teamspeak
[16:04]<sonicrules1234> Why?
[16:05]<searay330> i hate typing
[16:05]<searay330> and dragon cant talk to you
[16:05]<sonicrules1234> :p
[16:05]<sonicrules1234> Fine
[16:05]<@BC_Programming> just want you guys to know that through the years, and the thick and thin, I've come to consider you all as people I met
[16:07]<@Mulreay> lol, nice quote
[16:07]<@BC_Programming> hmm I have a problem with my automated furnaces
[16:07]<@BC_Programming> mostly that I didn't have anything to smelt except netherrack
[16:14]<@BC_Programming> Anyway it basically uses hoppers so that I can put fuel in one chest and items to smelt in another, and over time a third chest fills up with the results
[16:14]<@BC_Programming> no need for me to keep going back to check on it and refill it
[16:23]<@Mulreay> sounds cool
[16:23]<@BC_Programming> I also made the furnace texture animate because I was bored
[16:23]<@BC_Programming> so the bottom looks like a fire sorta when it's on
[16:23]<@BC_Programming> in the meantime I changed my plugin so it's even harder in Mob Fight mode
[16:23]<@BC_Programming> now Enderman spawn
[16:24]<@BC_Programming> but even better, the instant they spawn, they are aggro towards the nearest player
[16:24]<@Mulreay> Have you seen the 'volt' mod?
[16:24]<@BC_Programming> uh no, don't think so
[16:25]<@BC_Programming> also there was somebody saying the new Texture Pack system for Minecraft is terrible and it will take months for him to update his texture packs
[16:25]<@Mulreay> 'voltz' I beg your pardon.. you can make missiles and the such
[16:26]<@BC_Programming> I believe that came up in my searches for documentation on Forge modding
[16:26]<@BC_Programming> I managed to get my Diamond Anvil to show a GUI... though it acts like a chest with 9 slots
[16:27]<@BC_Programming> because the Forge tutorials decided that nobody would ever need to show a UI for something that doesn't have contents

[19:59]<searay330> BC_Programming, what language is plugins coded in
[20:00]<@BC_Programming> Java
[20:00]<searay330> just java not script
[20:00]<@BC_Programming> Yes
[20:00]<@BC_Programming> if it was Javascript I would have said Javascript :P
[20:00]<searay330> ok time to look into forge api
[20:00]<searay330> and fyi lol some people dont
[20:01]<searay330> some guy asked for java script help i gave the help took me like an 1hr to help him and hes like oh its just regular java
[20:02]<@BC_Programming> yeah that's people that don't know what they are doing
[20:02]<@BC_Programming> I'd like to think I have some idea
[20:02]<searay330> hey new things are crated every day
[20:02]<searay330> you think theres ever going to be a time where we run out of things to invent?
[20:03]<searay330> just some food for thought im off to bed
[20:03]<searay330> see yah guys

[20:04]<@BC_Programming> wtf did he just say... that makes no sense
[20:16]<+Craig> Will there ever be a time where we will run out of things to invent...? Hmmm No,
[20:16]<@BC_Programming> yeah but where did that come from
[20:17]<@BC_Programming> I was saying if somebody confuses Java and Javascript, they likely know neither
[20:17]<@BC_Programming> and he's all on about inventions
[20:17]<+Craig> If you take the number of variations in a single motherboard, and multiply that by the number of hardware options that is only one molicule on an iceberg worth of options,
[20:17]<+Craig> :P
[20:17]<+Craig> No clue He is a bit random at times
[20:17]<+Craig> You able to chat on Skype yet?
[20:17]<@BC_Programming> indeed
[20:17]<@BC_Programming> no :(
[20:18]<+Craig> :P
[20:18]<+Craig> I made my own custom installer for windows yesterday. :)
[20:18]<@BC_Programming> I can't record videos either, very annoying
[20:18]<+Craig> Works nicelyy
[20:18]<+Craig> Aww, that sucks
[20:18]<@BC_Programming> cool
[20:18]<+Craig> Yeah its a windows 7 installer, with Chrome as the only installed browser.
[20:18]<+Craig> :)
[20:19]<+Craig> Gonna do some more customization today, see how far I can take it. :)
[20:21]<@BC_Programming> heh
[20:22]<@BC_Programming> I spent a half hour just playing my mob arena plugin
[20:22]<@BC_Programming> had to fix the enchanting tables and add anvils to the map
[20:23]<+Craig> :P
[20:23]<@BC_Programming> enchanting tables are great for the mob arena mode
[20:23]<@BC_Programming> because all the mobs give loads of XP
[20:24]<@BC_Programming> usually a full 30 levels for a single mob
[20:38]<+Craig> :P
[20:38]<+Craig> I am gonna make a silent install of all my favorite programs like Tuneup Utilities and such
[21:44] * sonicrules1234 (sonicrules@mib-AFB2EF74.dhcp.lnbh.ca.charter.com) Quit (Ping timeout)
[21:52]<+Craig> Heh, I just incorperated all the Really Slick screen savers into my default windows Install of Win7
[21:53]<+Craig> And I changed the Login screen to a more epic background :P
[21:54]<@BC_Programming> cool I guess
[21:54]<+Craig> Hahaha, why do you not sound as excited? :P
[21:54]<+Craig> I also integrated all the drivers for my main computer.
[21:56]<+Craig> Now when I reinstall windows, I have half the work :P
[22:09]<@BC_Programming> OK this will either work exactly like the normal anvil now, allow me to tweak it separately, or it will not work at all
[22:09]<@BC_Programming> here goes
[22:09]<+Craig> :P
[22:10]<@BC_Programming> hmm
[22:13]<@BC_Programming> well it doesn't work
[22:13]<@BC_Programming> but it doesn't <not> work either
[22:13]<@BC_Programming> it's some weird mix between a dispenser inventory and a anvil
[22:13]<@BC_Programming> has the anvil background... the little arrow updates... but the inventory slots are smack in the center
[22:15]<@BC_Programming> well I thought that would be easy to fix
[22:16]<@BC_Programming> but I literally haven't first bloody clue what to do now
[22:16]<@BC_Programming> I have to duplicate another class
[22:17]<@BC_Programming> this strong coupling makes me want to punch Markus in the nose :P
[22:20]<@BC_Programming> or actually
[22:20]<@BC_Programming> this is Dinnerbone's work so him
[22:20]<@BC_Programming> Why is BlockAnvil derived from BlockSand... on what planet is that a sensible way to go
[22:29]<+Craig> Hahahah, sounds like they were using a block originally then forgot to make it its own class
[22:30]<@BC_Programming> Anvil is a block...
[22:30]<@BC_Programming> But it's Derived from the Sand Block
[22:30]<+Craig> Ah, :P
[22:30]<@BC_Programming> presumably so it can fall
[22:30]<@BC_Programming> but that's still dumb
[22:30]<+Craig> ahhh
[22:30]<+Craig> :P
[22:30]<@BC_Programming> I mean I have a sand block too
[22:30]<@BC_Programming> but I make <that> derive from a "FallingBlock"
[22:30]<@BC_Programming> (I mean in BASeBlock)

[22:39]<@BC_Programming> closer
[22:46]<@BC_Programming> YES
[22:46]<@BC_Programming> YES YES YES
[22:46]<@BC_Programming> it WORKS... well as a normal anvil
[22:46]<@BC_Programming> but I can change it's insides now
[22:47]<@BC_Programming> first I think I'll give the GUI an actual Title
[22:47]<@BC_Programming> this Mod might actually happen :D
[22:49]<@BC_Programming> then I need to
[22:49]<@BC_Programming> add a crafting recipe for it, which <should> be pretty easy, and hey why not add a special diamond anvil achievement too
[22:49]<@BC_Programming> heh
[23:11]<@BC_Programming> http://bc-programming.com/images/tada.png
[23:11]<@BC_Programming> :D
[23:36]<+Craig> Nicely done!
[23:37]<+Craig> What are its functions?
[23:37]<@BC_Programming> same as normal anvil, just fewer restrictions atm
[23:37]<@BC_Programming> was going to let it 'disenchant' stuff as well
[23:37]<@BC_Programming> eg item in first slot, and a book in the second will take off the strongest enchantment from the item
[23:38]<@BC_Programming> and put it on the book
[23:38]<+Craig> That would be EPIC, I can think of a lot of people who would like that, choose your enchantments and then put them on what you want! That would be awesome!
[23:39]<@BC_Programming> well there are already enchanted books
[23:39]<+Craig> Yeah but you can't mix and match your enchantments, its what you get is what you see.
[23:39]<@BC_Programming> uh... well you can sorta if you have enough books
[23:39]<+Craig> With that you could add enchantments after you have enchanted something, or make them stronger, or so on
[23:40]<@BC_Programming> the advantage here is that there is a reason to use material other than diamond
[23:40]<+Craig> Making books would be the least of most peoples worries.
[23:40]<+Craig> Oh?
[23:40]<@BC_Programming> Craig:I mean in vanilla, you can already enchant books
[23:40]<@BC_Programming> but you enchant them on their own and they get one kind of enchantment, and you can mix and match if you enchant enough of them
[23:41]<+Craig> Oh, yes I do remember that
[23:41]<@BC_Programming> but there isn't a way (in vanilla) to get the enchantments of an item and into a book
[23:41]<+Craig> Right
[23:41]<@BC_Programming> which makes it silly to enchant things other than diamond
[23:41]<@BC_Programming> why waste 30 levels on a gold sword that only lasts a few minutes right?
[23:41]<@BC_Programming> even though you get stronger enchants- if I added this feature it would give a reason to use gold-
[23:42]<@BC_Programming> enchant gold items for the best enchantments, and then rip them off with books
[23:42]<+Craig> Nice
